Job Title: Bilingual Clinician - Trauma-Informed Services

At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide trauma-informed services to children and youth who have experienced trauma and are in need of mental health support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group counseling services to children and youth.
  • Screen for trauma, human trafficking, and crisis intervention services.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a therapeutic and emotionally healing environment.
  • Establish treatment goals and assist in the implementation of individualized service plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or related field.
  • Licensed based on state requirements.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
