About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rollins, a leading provider of pest control services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers
  • Communicate with service technicians to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Perform outbound calls to customers to resolve outstanding account balances
  • Receive payments from past due customers
  • Navigate our Windows-based and web-based systems to communicate with customers and team members
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
  • Use strong communication skills to communicate and empathize with customers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and quality assurance goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of proven customer service experience
  • 1 year of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Scheduling or dispatch experience in a service industry a plus
