  • Operational Excellence

Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience
    • 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
    • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods. The ability to move and lift 55 pounds is also required. Additionally, the ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction is necessary.
