As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers through various communication channels.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor our services to meet their expectations.
- Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and closure of customer account information.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, following our customer complaint resolution policy.
- Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
