Chief Enrollment Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Chief Enrollment Officer, responsible for leading the Admissions and Financial Aid teams at Randolph-Macon College. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the College's enrollment strategy and ensuring the success of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies to meet the College's goals and objectives.
- Lead the Admissions and Financial Aid teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations and excellent student service.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to promote the College's academic programs and enhance the student experience.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize enrollment outcomes and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
- Master's degree required; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions and financial aid leadership, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record of success in enrollment management, with a focus on student recruitment, retention, and success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive enrollment outcomes.
