Senior Business Development Manager

At Metric5, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capture Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in our Civilian, Health, and DoD Federal markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze solicitations and develop recommendations for Bid/No-Bid decisions in collaboration with the Business Development team and Metric5 leadership.
- Lead the execution of the Metric5 Capture Process, ensuring rigorous planning, execution, and oversight of activities to improve our probability of winning contracts.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, and unmet requirements to tailor our Capture Process and provide informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a Capture Plan for targeted pursuits, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and effective transition into proposal win themes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine winning strategies and ensure successful proposal outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree and at least ten years of experience in business development functions or program management with at least five years of capture management.
- Five or more years of experience working with Federal government solicitations and proposals.
- Knowledge of competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, proposal/color team leadership, and PTW analysis.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and task management skills, with the ability to work with diverse contributors and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
