We are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Northwell Health.

About the Job

This role involves providing support to our office/department by performing a variety of tasks such as scheduling appointments, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining departmental files.

  • You will be responsible for typing various correspondence, reports, and articles, as well as greeting and directing visitors, answering telephones, and taking messages.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, which requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will also be responsible for collecting payments, keeping inventory and supplies for the department, and performing related duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent, as well as 1-3 years of relevant experience. Customer Service Experience is highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $34,820-$51,950 per year, and you can expect a competitive benefits package that includes equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
