About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrative support associate to join our team at Northwell Health. As an office operations specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our office/department by performing a variety of clerical duties, including:

  • Providing administrative support to management and staff.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Preparing and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and responding to email communications.
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures.
