Japanese Night Shift Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Rubiko is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Japanese Night Shift Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via live chat and other communication channels
- Assist customers with gaming, financial, technical, and other issues related to our services
- Guide customers through our website and mobile app, assisting them in using our services and products
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve high performance and quality work standards
- Report internally to team leads and business partners on market and customer status
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
- IGaming knowledge is not mandatory, but our in-house learning program is available for those new to the industry
- Native Japanese language skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple online platforms
- Adaptability to work rotation shifts and some weekends
