We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team at Rubiko. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via email and live chat to resolve their queries and issues.
- Provide support on gaming, financial, technical, and other related issues.
- Guide customers through our website and mobile app, assisting them in using our services and products.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve high performance and quality work standards.
- Report internally to team leads and business partners on customer cases and market status.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
- IGaming knowledge is not mandatory, but our in-house learning academy can provide the necessary training.
- Native Finnish language skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple online platforms.
- Adaptability to work on shifts and weekends.
