This position is vital to our mission, as team members assist customers in achieving their objectives by managing routine inquiries and providing a friendly greeting to all callers.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 8 AM to 5 PM or 11:30 AM to 8 PM.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service to both current and potential clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Capable of typing with both hands for prolonged durations
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer incoming calls
- Process payments through various methods including credit/debit cards and checks
- Efficiently and professionally resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a secure environment, ensuring client confidentiality and reporting any potential security breaches immediately
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete a comprehensive criminal background check.
