Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Sage Truck Driving School. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Receive and respond to in-bound inquiries, conduct outbound phone calls and emails to prospective students, and schedule appointments.
  • Assess and interview prospective students to determine their needs and goals.
  • Develop referrals and personal leads, conduct campus tours, and discuss payment options.
  • Follow up on all inquiries that fail to schedule an interview or fail to show for an interview.
  • Enroll students who meet eligibility requirements, complete all required forms, and prepare documents for the first day of class.
  • Provide employer and placement information to students, update and complete student transcripts, and prepare graduation certificates.
  • Prepare invoices, process receipt of payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior post-secondary education experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
