Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment. This role includes managing administrative staff, handling office budgets, organizing company records, and coordinating office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and task delegation.
  • Oversee office operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash; coordinate with accounting for financial reporting.
  • Organize and maintain company records, including contracts, invoices, and confidential documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Plan and coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Support HR activities, including onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Act as the liaison between office staff and upper management.
  • Handle any administrative tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
