Job Title: Senior Vice President of Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations to join our team at Integrated Pain Management Medical Group, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead our operations team and drive business growth while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with our company's overall business objectives and financial goals.
  • Oversee the entire spectrum of operational functions, including patient care delivery, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, facility management, and support services.
  • Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient experience.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers, providers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, patient-centricity, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other executive leaders to achieve organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of operational functions across the company.
  • Analyze market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workers' compensation industry, including knowledge of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and case management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with healthcare information systems (HIS) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
