About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in defined target markets for specific Aptean product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound tactics such as cold calling, social media outreach, and email sends.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • Utilize CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce, to manage and report on pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute personalized campaigns to target specific companies and verticals.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of outbound account development principles and execution.
  • Experience with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.
  • Outbound lead generation/business development experience is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, dynamic inside sales and online presence.
  • Competitive personality with a track record of over-achieving.
