Job Objective

The Senior Customer Account Representative is tasked with meeting monthly wholesale and retail sales targets by model and Dealer Development objectives for the Powersports Business Unit while upholding American Honda's Core Values within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, distribute, and monitor tactical Wholesale plans within the designated District
  • Formulate, distribute, and monitor tactical Retail plans within the designated District
  • Formulate, distribute, and monitor tactical Dealer Development strategies within the designated District
  • Conduct gap analysis by assessing market conditions, identifying sales challenges and opportunities
  • Formulate, distribute, and monitor countermeasures within the designated District
  • Ensure adherence to all American Honda Policies and Procedures

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with current American Honda and competitive powersports products
  • Proficient in data management, including MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel overnight (up to 80%)
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Understanding of powersports dealership operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation capabilities
  • Proficiency in SAP/Business Objects and/or MS SQL
  • Experience in marketing through social media
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM systems
  • Proven success as a PSP District Sales Manager
