About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team at Jackson Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
