Key Responsibilities
  • Field phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry and timesheet management with accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain appointment calendars and construction schedules
  • Handle filing, research, and document compilation with attention to detail

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an interior design, architecture, or construction environment is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
  • QuickBooks experience is a must, as well as basic accounting knowledge
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

What We OfferWe offer a competitive wage of $20 - $25/hr, depending on experience, and contribute $100 to the cost of health insurance through our health insurance plan. This administrative position has a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm and is located near Culver City.
