Position Summary:
The Credit Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with Credit Analysts to efficiently process and prepare incoming credit applications for assessment. This role demands a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties for the credit team, including managing correspondence, updating records, and filing.
  • Establish and maintain accounts in our internal systems, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collected.
  • Process incoming credit applications, liaising with customers to gather required information and supporting Credit Analysts in the decision-making process.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of credit card transactions for the department.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications to enhance work efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize patterns and trends.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high productivity and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
