Position Summary:
The Credit Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Credit Analysts by efficiently processing and preparing incoming credit applications. This position requires a commitment to professionalism and exceptional customer service, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties for the credit team, including managing correspondence, filing, and answering inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain accounts in C.D.K. and Enrich, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Process incoming credit applications, collaborating with customers and Credit Analysts to meet required standards.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of credit card transactions for the department.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize patterns and trends.
  • Highly organized with the capability to multitask while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
