We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our commercial sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, cultivate, and close revenue opportunities with clients for our Developer Workspace Platform. If you are passionate about software development and enjoy working with clients to help them succeed, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our product to potential clients
  • Provide demonstrations of our software to key decision-makers
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Efficiently handle inbound leads and coordinate resources
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers
  • Travel as needed to meet with prospects and clients

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in software and/or SaaS sales
  • Self-driven with strong prospecting skills
  • Track record of exceeding performance objectives
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Passion for open-source software
  • Strong opinions about engineering workflow
