Job Overview

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough account assessments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers and executing Customer Care Visits.
  • Managing and updating the upgrade list for Sales Representatives.
  • Facilitating walkthroughs and overseeing new bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Compiling detailed service information, including service histories, average monthly volume reports, and buyout/trade-up data.
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery while reconciling receipts and invoices bi-weekly.
  • Gathering customer testimonials and encouraging positive online reviews.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings as required.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of local sales events in collaboration with the Marketing Director.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Experience in a sales support capacity is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-Automate.

Education & Certification

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity for operating computers and telephones.
  • Visual acuity for reading printed and electronic documents.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend spoken language.
  • Occasional lifting of 10-30 pounds.
