Overview
The Sales Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in delivering high-level administrative assistance to the Market President and the Sales Team. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining flexibility and excellent interpersonal relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive support
  • Develop meeting agendas and presentation materials
  • Offer scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for executives
  • Screen incoming calls and direct them appropriately or take messages as needed
  • Prepare expense reports and reimbursements for the Market President
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives
  • Foster customer care and maintain relationships for the Office of the Market President
  • Execute clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence, conducting research, and organizing conference calls
  • Document, type, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Provide preparation and support for internal and external sales meetings
  • Assist with company events as required
  • Manage attendance at sponsored events
  • Organize company gatherings and celebrations
  • Serve as backup coverage for the front desk
  • Act as the first point of contact for onsite vendor support

Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of executive administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
  • Proven ability to manage various assignments and projects
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Capacity to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through email
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and crouching
  • Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents
  • Capability to lift and exert force up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
