Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support professional, your duties will encompass but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive research to develop a profound understanding of the customer experience.
- Effectively interpreting and articulating customer needs and requests.
- Identifying potential enhancements to the customer experience and suggesting improvements.
- Addressing consumer inquiries and challenges through various communication channels.
- Efficiently gathering necessary information to fulfill customer requirements.
- Providing precise and effective guidance to customers in resolving their concerns.
- Leveraging customer feedback to perpetually enhance and sustain the overall customer experience.
- Exhibiting a strong sense of urgency in managing tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
- Executing any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
2 years of experience in Customer Support; 1 year of experience with Zendesk or a similar CRM system; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; Familiarity with e-commerce is highly desired; Basic understanding of compliance and restricted items; Excellent writing and proofreading abilities; Reliable multitasker with a robust work ethic; Attention to detail and alignment with broader strategies; Capability to work independently and within a team setting; Maintain professionalism and composure in all situations.
