Client Relations Liaison

As a key member of the Michael Bernoff Team, the Client Relations Liaison will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This dynamic individual will be responsible for fostering a productive and collaborative environment, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. With a minimum of three years of experience in office management or a related field, this individual will be able to lead with confidence and competence, leveraging their expertise to drive results and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including inventory control, procurement, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
- Provide exceptional client experiences through proactive engagement and communication.
- Manage the office budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Apple products and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
