Make a Difference in Pediatric Clinical Research

About the Role

As a Pediatric Clinical Research Nurse with Professional Case Management, you will play a vital role in conducting mobile visits for study participants. You will work collaboratively with our Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CMRN to visit a Pediatric population between the ages of 4 months and 5 years who can perform the following skills during a mobile visit:

  • Blood and urine collection and processing
  • Physical assessment and vital signs
  • Review concomitant medications/ adverse events
  • Assist caregiver with equipment set up and disease assessment

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mobile visits for study participants

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
  • One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine sles, and performing urine pregnancy tests
  • Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
  • Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
  • Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
  • Must have and maintain a current TB Test

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
  • An ability to speak other languages
