Parts Sales Data Analyst

Volt Management has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer to identify a skilled Parts Sales Data Analyst. This role is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days of on-site work and 2 days of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:- Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on part sales
- Develop and maintain report templates to track regional, district, dealer, or parts performance trends
- Oversee and manage vendor programs related to retail/service parts
- Coordinate with MPA and Legal to execute programs
- Track promotions budget and approvals, as well as process vendor invoices
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
- Ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and v lookups in Excel
- Good organizational and data mining skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic SQL, AS/400, QMF, Tableau, Alteryx, or mainframe knowledge desired
- Working experience utilizing a database management system
- Effective communication skills to manage vendor partnerships and dealer communications
