Neil Huffman Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Consultant to join our team at Honda of Frankfort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless parts purchasing experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggest complementary products, and provide information on promotions and special offers.
  • Pull purchased parts from stock and ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders.
  • Respond to phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to fulfill customer orders.
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs, and provide expert advice on product selection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a parts counter or sales role is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and personalized experience for customers.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
