Key Responsibilities
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, goals, or objectives and determine if objectives can be met using an analytical approach.
  • Data Acquisition and Harmonization: Identify key data requirements, acquire data, harmonize, rescale, and clean data for statistical techniques.
  • Quantitative Modeling: Build custom quantitative models by applying advanced statistical methods such as causal and predictive modeling, forecasting, data mining, simulation, and/or optimization.
  • Model Validation and Testing: Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation.
  • Results Interpretation and Communication: Interpret results of quantitative models, identify trends, and issues, and develop alternatives to support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and technologists to implement/automate/operationalize models into day-to-day business decision making.
Requirements
  • Education: BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field. Advance Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-12 years experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: SQL, Tableau, Datawarehouse, Salesforce CRM platform experience, Advanced Excel preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Client facing/Consulting Experience, Data storytelling – experience presenting data stories to different audiences (technical and non-technical).
