Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience with SQL, SAS, or other data manipulation languages
  • Experience with data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
  • Knowledge of healthcare-related data and analytics
