About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Roving Sales and Marketing Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into community tours, conducting informative and personalized tours of our apartment communities, and building brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently stellar resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion and Community Tours: Follow up with all prospects and provide helpful and compelling information about our community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
  • Tour Conducting and Leasing: Conduct informative and personalized tours of our apartment community that result in new leases.
  • Brand Loyalty and Resident Experience: Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar.
  • Social Media and Awareness: Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media platforms.
  • Weekend Availability: Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, with two days off during the week.
