Program Overview

This 18-24 month program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. You'll work closely with our experienced store management team to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store management to drive sales growth and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee development
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
