As a leader of large-scale IT projects, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and executing global initiatives that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align project goals with the company's overall strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • Developing and executing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with external partners and suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational interests
  • Supporting organizational change management activities to drive program success

Requirements include:

  • US Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5+ years of program management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in specific functional area (IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 year
  • Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent, certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 year
