Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure production equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Monitor and oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
  • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 6+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field/vocational studies.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field/vocational studies.

Competitive compensation and benefits packages, including a salary range of $93,752.32 - $135,940.88 per year and a bonus target of up to $7,250.00 annual.
