About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of maintenance workers to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a maintenance or production environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
