Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Stockton 4 plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment
  • Review and approve preventative maintenance documents
  • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities
  • Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team
  • Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement measures to improve production methods and equipment performance
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 6+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role

Education:
  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field/vocational studies
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field/vocational studies
