Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities through a mix of cold outreach and warm leads.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and process orders efficiently.
  • Maintain and update your database within our Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop and nurture accounts over time to secure repeat business and enhance your account management expertise.
  • Sustain customer relationships through regular outbound communications and site visits.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both existing and potential clients.
  • Provide timely and efficient rental and sales quotations to customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-rental to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer service challenges.
  • Keep management updated by submitting weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends by gathering current information on pricing and products.
  • Collaborate as a vital part of our team by assisting in related areas as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, a minimum of one (1) year of outbound cold-calling sales experience and inbound sales leads.
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Strong customer service and sales acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to influence sales.
  • Capable of multitasking while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • 2+ years of relevant customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in social media and online sales is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission-based pay.
  • Performance bonuses.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends off.
