We are seeking a Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Frankfort Avenue Family Dental Llc. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and attention throughout their dental visits. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming patients, preparing them for exams and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment is prepared and available for exams and procedures.
- Assist the dentist during procedures and exams.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
