About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Inquiries: Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our service standards.
  • Process Orders: Verify patient information, process orders, and route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for this role.
  • Work Experience: One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management. Senior-level candidates require two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience.
