Job Summary

We are seeking a highly visible Patient Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering important information for patient visits and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly in person or by telephone
  • Check patients in and out
  • Schedule clinic and surgical appointments, including pre-operative and post-operative appointments
  • Review all paperwork with patients, including consents for procedures
  • Verify insurance and collect payments
  • Maintain patient medical records
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Preference for Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Medical front desk experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule
