Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and driving sales through personalized interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with customers, building rapport and trust to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and other customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor
Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per week, including Saturdays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
