Job Title: Call Center Representative/BDC Admin

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMW of Monterey. As a Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customers related to parts, service, and sales departments within the dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Database Management: Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Utilize computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
  • Time Management: Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads, and service and parts customers.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage one's own time effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to type efficiently and basic computer skills.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent: 18 years or older required.
  • Acceptable Driving Record: A valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
