We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMW of Monterey.

As a Business Development Center Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, processing and tracking customer interactions, and utilizing computer and phone skills to increase appointments and sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, sales pricing, and dealership events
  • Schedule appointments with customers and utilize computer and phone skills to increase sales and customer retention

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to manage one's own time effectively
  • Basic computer and phone skills
