Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain a positive learning environment, developing strategies to help clients cope with stressful situations and facilitate independent performance and mastery.
- Monitor and report any medical, physical, or behavioral changes in clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Administer medication to clients as prescribed, documenting administration and reporting any errors.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Supervise family visitation and participate in community-based outings and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Valid CT driver's license and good driving record.
- Physical Management Training (PMT) and First Aid, CPR, and Medication Certification.
