Job Description

Community Residences seeks a highly skilled Resident Instructor to oversee the daily operations of our residential programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train program coordinators, program managers, and residential staff on assigned caseloads.
  • Manage employees, including hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation.
  • Maintain residences to comply with local, state, federal, and other regulatory bodies' standards.
  • Conduct audits of case records to ensure thoroughness, consistency, timeliness, and compliance with agency and regulatory policies.
  • Ensure each program operates at or under budget.
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure effective coordination across program sites and among consulting therapists.
  • Maintain and increase professional development and skills by attending training and staying current with professional literature.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of agency policy and procedures, as well as relevant municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations.
  • Ability to delegate authority and responsibility effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
