Customer Experience Specialist I Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist I to join our team at Southwestern Health Resources. As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our health plan members, prospective members, sales agents, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephonic, electronic, or in-person support to health plan members and providers
  • Assist with benefits and eligibility validation, claims status, and complex claims routing
  • Support enrollment, provider search, PCP assignment, and appointment setting
  • Handle provider portal questions, benefit education, and appointments
  • Assist with incoming enrollment facilitation and support health plan events
  • Identify proper protocol routing, triage, and escalation as necessary
  • Maintain personal metrics to established performance levels
