Customer Experience Specialist I Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist I to join our team at Southwestern Health Resources. As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our health plan members, prospective members, sales agents, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic, electronic, or in-person support to health plan members and providers
- Assist with benefits and eligibility validation, claims status, and complex claims routing
- Support enrollment, provider search, PCP assignment, and appointment setting
- Handle provider portal questions, benefit education, and appointments
- Assist with incoming enrollment facilitation and support health plan events
- Identify proper protocol routing, triage, and escalation as necessary
- Maintain personal metrics to established performance levels
