Job Requirements and Responsibilities

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and versatile Accounting Admin to join our team. This role requires flexibility in workload and responsibilities, with a primary focus on processing accounts payable and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Processing: Handle and pay 50+ invoices daily.
  • Month-End Close: Assist the accounting team with month-end close and journal entries as needed.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Vendor and Client Management: Create new vendors and clients in the software.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Employment Details:

  • Type: Contract (5 months) with potential for hire | Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
