About the Role

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the VP of Talent Management, and the VP of Human Resources. This role involves coordinating, planning, and managing various events, activities, and confidential assignments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude towards problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Coordinate events and activities
  • Manage confidential assignments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive secretarial experience, executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience, preferably in the healthcare field
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
