Facilitates strategic organizational planning and growth by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and databases to define initiatives aimed at achieving business goals and guiding critical business decisions, with minimal daily oversight.

Plays a key role in project execution and management by nurturing relationships with stakeholders across various teams to ensure successful project delivery and the implementation of project-related changes, with limited supervision.

Engages in the assessment and enhancement of existing processes by independently managing routine tasks and handling complex processes with minimal guidance, adhering to established requirements and being accountable for delivering expected outcomes for clients.

Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards by providing relevant information to clinicians and staff regarding new or updated policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Contributes to the formulation of policies and procedures by suggesting updates based on comprehensive analyses related to relevant functions and scopes, ensuring alignment with best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, independently.

Assists in training initiatives by defining training needs to guarantee adherence to regulatory and internal standards with limited direction.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

OR A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, business process analysis, project management, or a closely related field.
