Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering essential administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position encompasses project cost assessment, client and project management, communication with the FDNY, and various office-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Cost Assessment and Market Research: Evaluate project requirements, industry trends, and material expenses to create precise estimates that facilitate profitable project proposals.

Administrative Assistance: Deliver thorough administrative support, which includes:

· Data Management: Accurately input and maintain data within our systems and relevant software applications.

· Document Organization: Ensure the systematic filing and management of crucial documents, both in physical and digital formats.

Client Management: Serve as a key point of contact for our clients, coordinating appointments, managing project schedules, and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.

FDNY Communication: Act as the main liaison with the FDNY, organizing inspections, securing necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all fire safety regulations.
